Each CPF may be linked to only one account at 8pgg. Opening multiple accounts with the same CPF, using third-party details, or using fictitious identities is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all accounts involved, with possible balance retention pending investigation.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during registration. If any details are incorrect or out of date, please contact 8pgg for regularization. Fraudulent data will result in immediate account closure.
Once your registration is approved, you become the holder of an individual, non-transferable account at 8pgg. The security of your account is your responsibility.
You must keep your email and password secure and must not share them with third parties. The 8pgg will never ask for your password through any communication channel — email, chat, or phone. Any unauthorized access must be reported to support immediately.
A 8pgg may request identity verification documents at any time, including a photo ID (national ID card, driver's license, or passport), proof of address issued within the last 90 days, and, where required, proof of the origin of deposited funds. Unverified accounts are subject to reduced withdrawal limits until the KYC process is completed.
Accounts with no activity for more than 12 consecutive months are considered inactive. The 8pgg may charge a monthly maintenance fee on inactive account balances, as stated in the account dashboard. The account holder may reactivate the account at any time by contacting support.

Pix deposits are processed instantly upon bank confirmation. Bank slips (boletos) have a processing time of up to 2 business days. Credit and debit card deposits may be subject to anti-fraud review, with a processing time of up to 24 hours.
All deposits must be made from a bank account or card whose holder matches the same CPF registered on the 8pgg. Deposits made by third parties will be returned to the originating bank and may trigger an account investigation.
Attention: A 8pgg does not charge fees on deposits. If you have received any charge related to a deposit, contact support immediately — it may be a fraud attempt by third parties impersonating the platform.
You may request a withdrawal of the available balance in your account at 8pgg at any time, provided that:
Pix withdrawals for accounts with completed KYC are processed within 24 hours after the request on business days. The 8pgg charges no fees on withdrawals — the amount you request is the amount you receive. Withdrawals are made exclusively to the bank account or Pix key registered under the same CPF as the account at 8pgg.
A 8pgg may apply daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits based on account verification level and platform usage history. Accounts with high withdrawal volumes may be subject to additional document review without prior notice, as an anti-money-laundering measure.
Bonus balances may only be withdrawn after the rollover requirements described in each promotion's specific terms have been fully met. Withdrawal attempts involving bonus funds before rollover completion will result in the automatic deduction of the bonus amount from the available balance.

Every bonus granted by the 8pgg is subject to a rollover requirement (also referred to as rollthrough or minimum wagering). This means the bonus amount — or the bonus plus deposit, as specified in each offer — must be wagered a set number of times before any resulting balance can be withdrawn.
For example: a BRL 100.00 bonus with a 30x rollover requires you to place a total of BRL 3,000.00 in bets before you can withdraw the balance generated by that bonus.
Not all games contribute equally to the bonus rollover at 8pgg. In general, slots and crash games such as Aviator and Spaceman contribute 100%. Sports Betting contributes 100% on pre-match markets. Live Casino games, blackjack, and roulette may contribute at a reduced percentage or not at all, depending on the conditions of each promotion. Bonuses that are unused or whose rollover has not been completed within the timeframe defined for each offer are automatically canceled with no possibility of reactivation. A 8pgg does not extend expired bonus deadlines, except in exceptional circumstances evaluated individually by support.
Bonus abuse — including low-risk betting strategies designed solely to meet the rollover, using multiple accounts to stack promotions, or coordinated bets to manipulate outcomes — will result in bonus cancellation and may lead to account closure.

A bet is considered valid only after confirmation by the 8pgg and the corresponding amount debited from the account balance. Bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error may be cancelled and the amount returned to the balance. The 8pgg will notify the player in such cases.
Live (in-play) bets are accepted while the market remains open on the platform. The 8pgg may suspend markets at any time during an event for technical or operational reasons. Bets confirmed before the suspension remain valid.
Bet outcomes are determined based on official sources from the relevant tournaments and sports governing bodies. In cases of discrepancy or official protest, the 8pgg will await the official outcome before paying or cancelling affected bets.
Bets on events that are canceled, postponed by more than 72 hours, or decided in a format different from the one originally planned (such as a penalty shootout in markets covering regular time results) will be voided and the stake returned. Events that take place at a different venue from the one announced, but with the same format and participants, are considered valid for settlement purposes.

Progressive jackpots are accumulated from bets placed by all players on the 8pgg on eligible games. The jackpot amount displayed is updated in real time and paid in full to the confirmed winner. After payment, the counter resets to the minimum starting value defined by the game provider.
Strictly prohibited at 8pgg the following conduct, without prejudice to other behavior the platform may identify as harmful:
